Privacy notice
This notice explains how Sentivel ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through caminhosistema.com and in the course of our work. We process data in line with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679), the ePrivacy Directive, and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Lei 13.709/2018).
Who is responsible
The data controller is Sentivel, registered in São Paulo under CNPJ 41.829.305/0001-72, with offices at Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 3477, 14º andar, Itaim Bibi, São Paulo — SP. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
- Details you send through our contact form: name, organization, email address, and the content of your message.
- Technical data your browser provides when you visit, such as approximate location, device type, and pages viewed.
- Information you share with us during an engagement, handled under the separate confidentiality terms of that engagement.
Why we use it
We use contact details to reply to your enquiry and to manage a possible engagement. We use technical data to keep the site secure and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for purposes you would not reasonably expect.
Legal basis
Under the GDPR, we rely on your consent for non-essential cookies, on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, and on the steps necessary to respond to your request and enter into a possible agreement. Under the LGPD, the equivalent bases in Article 7 apply.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, where a relationship begins, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by law. Technical analytics data is retained for a short window and then aggregated or removed.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us operate — for example, hosting and analytics partners — under contracts that require them to protect it. Where data is transferred outside Brazil or the European Economic Area, we use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to certain processing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any right, write to the address above; we respond within the periods set by the GDPR and the LGPD.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may contact the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD) or, within the European Economic Area, your local supervisory authority. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
Changes
We may update this notice as our practices or the law evolve. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
